Each spring we hold a special Presentation Night at which we distribute the proceeds of the preceding Fire Swim.
A cheque for 50% of the money raised is given to the Fire Fighters Charity (formerly the Fire Services Benevolent Fund) whilst the remainder is divided between local Charities and worthy causes. More often than not a cheque is presented to the recipients; however, in some cases we purchase the items that they require instead.
